    How it works.

    How do I vote?

    Watch the latest episode and comment one of the two choices under it. That's the whole vote.

    Which comment counts?

    Your latest one. If you change your mind, comment again and your vote changes. Comments that name neither choice, or both, aren't counted.

    Do all three platforms count?

    Yes. Comments on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok are added together. Each account gets one vote per platform.

    How often does the bar update?

    Instagram and YouTube are read automatically about every five minutes. TikTok comments are counted by the team and added in batches, so TikTok can lag behind.

    When does the vote close?

    The countdown at the top of every page shows it. Comments posted after the close aren't counted, and the next episode follows the winning choice.

    Can my business be in an episode?

    Yes, through Business Cameo: background $50, location $150 or story beat $500. We review every application first.

    Are the stories real?

    No. The stories and characters are fiction. The votes are real.
